All Printable Passions.com website content cannot be copied or imitated in part or whole without the written permission of Printable Passions.com ownership management.

This website is owned and operated by PrintablePassions.com. Any Content downloaded by you from this Site, including, without limitation, any images, designs or files (collectively, the "Content") is licensed to you by PrintablePassions.com. Please note that downloading the Content does not transfer any intellectual property or title of the Content to you.

1. All Contents within this Site are for personal use only and not to be shared or for commercial production and mass producing. It is illegal to resell, distribute or duplicate any of the Content within this Site, except for personal use.

2. You may not print any graphics and images on paper to sell, nor reproduce them on CD or disk to resell to others.

4. PERMISSION OF USE

4a. You may download and export graphic files to use in a graphics program for your own personal use.

4b. You may use the images from this Site for personal websites, with the following information and link easily accessable on your personal website:

4c. You may sell handmade artworks using the images from the Site. The following copyright notice must appear on handmade artwork created for resale using any Content from PrintablePassions.com:

where any PrintablePassions.com templates are used.

(This notice must be easily legible and no smaller than 1/8" in lettering height.)

PrintablePassions.com does not limit the type of handmade creations that may be sold under this terms of use, as long as within good taste, reasonable standards and politically correct, and bare the above copyright information.

4d. Handmade creations may be sold at craft fairs, bazaars, fundraisers, or school fairs. However, handmade creations using PrintablePassions.com images cannot be sold over the internet, at a fixed retail location such as a store or mall kiosk, etc.

5. PrintablePassions.com images, designs, patterns and templates may not be used in any electronic media including the use of clip art in any computer or reproduction environment or related use. The distribution of PrintablePassions.com designs in electronic form is prohibited and is a violation of the copyright held by Qualistyle Pty Ltd and Janlia Chong.

6. PrintablePassions.com logos and trademarks may not be reproduced and displayed as advertising when selling the handmade creations nor used for commercial benefit.

7. The purchaser agrees not to sell, transfer or give the rights of PrintablePassions.com designs, patterns or templates to anyone else. Nor may they sell the designs, patterns, templates, or the finished products to other vendors for resale purposes.

8. Persons creating handmade items for sale are solely responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations.

9. You agree not to use an email account that is not your own or one that is becoming or is inactive.

10. You agree to not change the original file names of all Content downloaded from the Site.

11. MEMBERSHIP DESIGN REQUEST (Request-a-Printable)

11a. PrintablePassions.com DOES NOT QUARANTEE any design requests or proposals put forward and submitted (as in club membership). Only available to "Exclusive Craft Club" members.

11b. All requests must be submitted by the 10th day of each calendar month, using the form section of club membership area, for design consideration for addition into the club membership area the following calendar month.

11c. Requests are taken as considerations for addition into the following club calendar month and all decisions and designs outcomes are final. A number (but not limited to) of three requests per month will be used for additions to the club membership area. Numbers of requests depend on the content of request and popularity of its subject/theme.

11d. Members may re-request, using the form section of club membership area, if their request has not been granted the previous month.

11e. Final designs are added to the "Latest Printables" section in the membership areas for all members to access.

12. PrintablePassions.com PROVIDES LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES AS A CONVENIENCE FOR YOU. PrintablePassions.com DOES NOT CONTROL THIRD PARTY SITES OR LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES. PrintablePassions.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY LINKED THIRD PARTY SITES.

13. PrintablePassions.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT OR FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE SITE ARE FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, INTERRUPTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DAMAGING ELEMENTS.
